The MPFS025T is a PolarFire SoC FPGA from Microchip, built on a 28 nm process. It provides 23,000 LUT4 look-up tables, 23,000 flip-flops, 1.6 Mb of block RAM and 68 18×18 math blocks (MACC). Its processing system includes four RISC-V (RV64GC U54) cores plus a RISC-V E51 monitor core. The processing system adds its own MSS with 136 dedicated I/O. The programmable logic offers up to 108 user I/O pins and 4 SERDES transceivers at up to 12.5 Gb/s, with hard PCI Express Gen2 x4 blocks. It is available in 2 packages, from the FCSG325 (11 × 11 mm) to the FCVG484 (19 × 19 mm). Temperature grades: extended, industrial. Designs are built with Microchip Libero SoC.
