The XCVH1542 is a Versal HBM SoC FPGA from AMD, built on a 7 nm process. It provides 1,753,984 LUT6 look-up tables (3,837,000 system logic cells), 3,507,968 flip-flops, 89 Mb of block RAM plus 366 Mb of UltraRAM and 7,392 DSP Engines. Its processing system includes two Arm Cortex-A72 cores, a dual Arm Cortex-R5F real-time processor. The programmable logic offers up to 702 user I/O pins and 88 GTYP/GTM transceivers at up to 58 Gb/s, with hard PCI Express Gen5 x8 blocks. It is available in 2 packages, from the VSVA3697 (57.5 × 57.5 mm) to the LSVA4737 (70 × 70 mm). Designs are built with AMD Vivado.
