A3C 025

AlteraAgilex 3

The A3C 025 is an Agilex 3 FPGA from Altera, built on the Intel 7 process. It provides 8,500 adaptive logic modules (ALMs) (25,075 logic elements (LEs)), about 17,000 LUT4 equivalents, 34,000 flip-flops, 1.3 Mb of block RAM and 34 variable-precision DSP blocks. Versions with the optional hard processor system include two Arm Cortex-A55 cores. The programmable logic offers up to 256 user I/O pins. It is available in 3 packages, from the M12A (12 × 12 mm) to the B18B (18 × 18 mm). Designs are built with Altera Quartus Prime.
